Recipe – Dubai Chocolate with Pistachios
Ingredients:

• 200 g quality white chocolate

• 100 g pistachio paste

• 30 g chopped pistachios

• 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional, for a smooth texture)

Preparation method:

1. Melt the white chocolate in a bain-marie, stirring continuously.

2. Add the pistachio paste and blend until you get a uniform cream.

3. Pour the mixture into a chocolate mold or a tray lined with baking paper.

4. Sprinkle chopped pistachios on top.

5. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours, then cut into pieces.

The result is a creamy chocolate with an intense pistachio flavor, perfect to enjoy or give as a gift.
